To access our Services, you must create an Account by registering through our client portal. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your Account information if it changes.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share these credentials with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, including activities by family members, employees, contractors, or any other persons who gain access to your Account.

- Exercise caution when accessing your Account from public or shared computers
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to disable or suspend any Account, username, or password at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms or if we detect suspicious or unauthorized activity.
5. Ordering Services and Contract Formation
Order Submission
When you place an order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase Services subject to these Terms. Your order does not constitute acceptance by FastCow.
Contract Formation
A binding contract between you and FastCow is formed only when we accept your order by fulfilling it and activating your Services. Payment must be received in full before any Services are provisioned.
Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund of any payments received. Examples include where a domain name is no longer available for registration or a domain transfer cannot be completed.
Service Activation
Most Services, including managed WordPress hosting, agency hosting, enterprise hosting, and domain registrations, are provisioned automatically upon successful payment and fraud verification. More complex Services may require manual setup and additional time. Migration services typically commence within 30 minutes of receiving proper credentials, though completion time depends on various factors outside our control.
6. Services and Service Levels
Service Descriptions
FastCow provides managed WordPress hosting, agency hosting, enterprise hosting, cloud VPS, hybrid servers, domain registration, migration services, and related infrastructure services. Specific features, resources, and limitations for each service tier are detailed on our Website and in your service agreement.
Resource Usage Limitations
Resource limitations apply to protect service quality for all clients. Standard limitations include:
- Managed WordPress Hosting: Resource limits vary by plan tier (Managed WordPress, Agency, Enterprise). Each plan includes specified CPU cores, memory, storage, and bandwidth allocations detailed in your service agreement
- Email Services: 300 emails per hour limit on managed WordPress hosting services
- Managed WordPress: Resources scale within reason up to plan traffic limits; resource-intensive processes may require plan upgrades
We provide flexibility and typically allow temporary exceedances. However, sustained resource overuse may require corrective action or service upgrades. We reserve the right to impose resource restrictions or suspend services if usage significantly impacts system performance or other clients.
Bandwidth Usage
Each service plan includes a specified monthly bandwidth allowance. We will notify you by email as you approach your limit. If bandwidth is exceeded, you may upgrade your plan, pay 0.50 per additional GB, or wait until your billing cycle resets. Accounts may be suspended for significant bandwidth overages.
SSH and Root Access
Jailed SSH access is available upon request for managed WordPress hosting clients. Cloud VPS, hybrid, and dedicated server clients receive full root SSH access.
Service Monitoring and Enforcement
While we do not routinely monitor Account content, all Services are subject to automated monitoring for security threats, system exploitation, fraud, and policy violations. We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate Services that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
7. Data Migration Services
Migration Service
FastCow offers complimentary migration services for most website and application transfers to our infrastructure. Complex migrations may require a reasonable fee. We typically begin migrations within 30 minutes of service activation and receipt of proper credentials, with most completed within 90 minutes.
Best-Faith Effort
Migration services are provided on a best-faith effort basis. While we have successfully completed thousands of seamless migrations, we make no guarantees regarding migration timelines, data integrity, or functionality post-migration. Many factors affecting migration success are beyond our control, including previous host cooperation, transfer speeds, and data complexity.
Client Responsibilities
During migration, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining independent backups of all data
- Providing accurate credentials and access details
- Remaining engaged throughout the migration process
- Thoroughly testing websites and applications post-migration
- Confirming all requested content has been migrated successfully
Limitation of Liability
FastCow accepts no liability for migration issues, data loss, or functionality problems arising during or after migration. We will use reasonable efforts to resolve issues identified during migration, but ultimate responsibility for data integrity rests with you.
